The Retraction & Journal Integrity Ledger tracks every retraction, expression of concern and correction recorded in the Retraction Watch Database, distributed by Crossref under CC0. Each entry keeps the official notice DOI and adds a reason family, time from publication to retraction, journal and publisher retraction counts, and DOAJ open-access status where the journal is listed.
